What is happening with the Magus Firestorm?
Prior to the mastery change the tactic Chaos Unleashed reduced the cooldown by 10 seconds. I think most assumed this same cooldown of 10 seconds would apply to Wild Changing with the move of Firestorm to the Changing tree. Atm, there is no cooldown. Please explain if this is being fixed.

- Electromagnet's pull applies as soon as the cast ends, instead of being delayed to match the animation.
Didn't the magus rift get an pause delay to match the engine's delay? What's up with that? The magus rift took effect when the cast ended.

Was the violent impacts change mirrored to choppa? I just recently tried to play on my hitta choppa, and noticed wear em down is no longer working, anyone else having issues with wear em down tactic?
Edit: The tactic appears to be broken, so 2h choppas can't chain together finishers at all right now.

Would be a great thing for choppa 2h specs (play both slayer and choppa).

The main reason I don't spec for Fury of da Green atm is because it doesn't do any AoE healing if you have yourself set as your defensive target. Makes reliably landing good casts significantly harder than it already is (what with 80 ft range, 2 sec cast time you can't move during without mechanic pts but can lose LoS during unlike some other awesome AoEs, needing to pick a good heal AoE target AFTER the 2 second cast time since chances are people aren't standing where they were when you started the cast, and currently not having the option to set it to yourself without potentially cutting it's healing by 90%). Is this working as intended?

It did. It still does. I mentioned it a day or so after the patch.
You have to remember that Azarael was gone for a good while and doesn't know about all the changes that were made.
