Usually you (the person who is said to Git Gud) are the problem and should improve.

In this case: if someone got 3 bags playing from the dawn of this system he either doesn't play that much or is satisfied with low effort game play and gets rewards that match the work put into obtaining them. And the best thing: people complaining about this probably haven't win even one gold bag under previous system and yet, here they are, complaining that it's too hard.

It is not, I personally tested this on 2 characters myself and it is not what some people make of it.

i buy it on rr 70 almost full (except helm) with conq medailons on my zealot
but in my SH i have full at rr 50

New system is fine overall, it is unfair for everyone so better then sytem before which was unfair only for pugs and casuals.

Only thing what I think should be better is to increase rewards for winning side. So side who lock zone get minimum green bags, but only zone locks without aao or with max 20% aao. Locking zones without real threats shouldnt be rewarded so with 20%+ aao both sides gets minimum white bags.
Locking zone in prime times is not that easy so should be rewarded but not too much, players need to see their contribution in locking zone worth more then giving the zone to your opponent.

I'm not saying the new system is bad but having to go through several layers of rng is simply frustrating considering you can get majorly screwed over by getting duplicates like 4 times in a row. Does it happen often? No, but it goddamn sucks once it happens. Golds having the same amount of medallions as purple bags just adds more salt to the wound and I'm already on a 100% salt diet.
