Tactic set is not permanent for sure. I am thinking about replaceing "brute force" for the good. 900+ strenght seems a bit low though.

Currently im witchbrew/sacrificial stab with whirling blades are the main thing and am up in the air for the last rr70 mastery point, main 2 gear sets are
from top to bottom

other set i have floating in and out is 5 piece conq and ruin chest piece rest the same
i have the winds of change resist jewlery in bags for when chosen resist aura is on or dok armor buff to help prevent armor debuffs as wanted, i dont see them very useful on their own
running full crit renown and dodge/distrupt
changed tactics to baneful touch sacrifices rewarded flanking and taste for blood , i think you'd get more use not using whirling blades in pvp
also changed out 2 gensis for obdurate seal and wordbreaker band was prolly a better option :p but might go with fragment and remnent when i get them

trying new build RoR.builders - Witch Elf emphasis on spamming relentless assault with a sneaky witchbrew i actually also took black lotus blade
also if you are not solo'ing i highly recomend baneful touch its awesome

another gear set this one is pretty good / current build RoR.builders - Witch Elf -basically use sacrifices rewarded whirling blades increased pain even jagged edge. when i use broad severing i go with that baneful touch frenzied mayhem and increased pain

heres an update on another build: 55RoR.builders - Witch Elf third tactic slots im using are baneful touch, close combat, flanking, for the hag queen, and swift persuit, gear set is:

also you could replace the shoulders for crit or anti crit shoulders but at a high price of -5% parry genisis for the defence, 1% crit cape for beastlord shoulders is also meh and 4 piece dominator works quite well aswell I do notice the tankyness but the damage is also cut a tad probably best to use the defence set in a large scale battle
actually u cant really use full genesis and 5 piece beastlord (3%crit)

gonna try out full conq with some futile strikes
and also full beastlord with 3 piece conq with some futile strikes and also beastlord 3 conq full genesis

you could use kiss of agony anyone who doesnt have like more then 280 iniative will be devistated by a substantial crit buff for everyone like a fresh lvl 40 with 150 iniative being debuffed will have like a 50% iniative crit bonus chance i'm thinking atm of switching out jagged edge for something else swift pursuit is nice if you need another escape, for the hag queen is a nice knockdown aswell it might compliment this build well, sacrifices rewarded is decent, idk if frenzied mayhem works on finishers,baneful touch can be good definatly use it on a lord fight. that is kind of where i am at atm, full beastlord full resist jewlery 3 piece conq 2 subj daggers, atm im using full wounds talismans but I want to try out weaponskill, I dont like strength really but I see how its good for backstab

its pretty good i like it I run full anti crit and 3 parry/deft defender with 1 in crit but im still critting well with those tacs witch is nice.

Currently focusing on defensive play with crits
interesting gear set aswell
Helmet from empire t4 or crit shoulders
beastlord until 3% crit bonus
2 piece redeye i have the gloves and boots, and the crit belt from t3 empire i have the wounds resist one
3 piece winds impervious aswell and am using wounds/2 ws talis
i chose the helmet over the shoulders because it is more wounds for me i chose the repose version over the fist version wish i had them both though that fist version looks punchy my renown consists of full anti crit and as much crit as i can get, i had 10 points extra so i dumped them into deft defender
str is super **** low like 400 low but i still can crit for 800+ on AW (is that good?) with all the utility debuffs and ofc ruthless assault , i mainly just wanted to post this gear since it feels quite tanky and modestly offensive
and frenzied mayhem is a nice compliment to the playstyle deciding when to dump it
