some ppl refuse to roam orvr.
they "think" sitting at BO for 10min is better than some kills in 10 min.
sitting at BO, it's fine. you generate resources. it's better than WC while SC queue. but refusing orvr is different.
raising rp from lowbie kill? big NO. don't wanna hear 'feed' stuff.
reduce BO tick. afkers still be happy with 1rp.

From what i've read, if defenders hold 3+ BO's then in this case door autoheal will surpass the ram damage.

there was something about 2%/6s

If even 4 BO's aren't enough to outheal the ram, then we have the same situation we have now, attackers don't give a damn about BO's at siege time and just grind through regen, if it is possible, then defenders have no interest in defence itself - just hold BO's and attackers won't do anything.

Multipairing.
With the current player numbers multipairing is needed. It differs by how much though on player numbers. Blob v Blob doesn't deliver a good experience for fights at least not 4wbs vs 4 wbs on one bo. Besides the cheesy gameplay you also will have people suffer of lags and dcs (almost everybody in our guild has run fixes, still ppl crash or have lag/low FPS, game also slows down ofc.after 1h of playing but that's another issue.)
Why didn't work before 20:00h? Player mentality. Order zerged single zones. CW felt like the only number wise balanced zone (than a wild hot fix appeared) but destro was simply to incompetent to break a funnel.
Well after 20:00h some bullies showed up and order changed from quantity over quality to dodge and pvdoor guerilla tactics. So it still needs incentives imo to make the before 20:00h scenario not occur.

So what is needed?
You said it, I mentioned in ror discord off topic. Dynamic system based on pop. Besides that at some point surely fortress &city so you have a bigger goal to achieve.

About the leveling thing.
Tbh. I dont care. If I want a char at level 40 RR 60 I go for it. I play enough to support that. I simply go grind than and farm the majority of the RR in our guild warband. My main will hit 74 today.

I mostly care for the new user / new player experience.
Atm. If a new player would ask me:" what's fastest way to level up?" I would say grind group or solo grind for 2-3 days (hardcore playtime) and raise RR afterwards for gear.

That's why I sign the idea, or any idea that makes exp gain better. Not because I want low hanging fruits, just because the most efficient way is an ugly one.
Besides that, you have a pretty potent system in this game which nobody uses: PQs.
I will sum up real quick destros leveling usage of PQs.
Since I'm on smartphone and not at home I can't write all the pq names down. It basically goes like that:
You use 2 of norscas PQs, than go Nordland where you also do 2 PQs.than wayshrine of Sigmar. After that mudflats. After that CW lonely tower (ironic, you do this only if you solo or duo) or storm is coming. Last 2 already aim for ruin.
Besides that PQs, there are some others, that get casually used (gutbashed in tm, last stand, wings of the griffin, salzenmund) but I dare to say that 70% are not used because they are crappy exp compared to travel and clear time. Buff this AAA content and nobody will moan about exp or leveling. Most used and only real relevant is mudflats cause of mayhem.

Last thing:
Ofc the slack time was a *wink* (hello free stuff) and a test for multiple purposes. Will somebody show up? (yes wh) will a gm write me? (no) how is RR compared to pug rvr in a pug band? (kinda bad but consistent bad, at least no drama and no facepalm like in a pug) I'm not sure how worry some this is. I played pug wb afterwards for one zone. Better RR (gained half a level in 30 minutes) but almost same exp.

I played first guild intern wb yesterday eve prime as mentioned. Perhaps I play 2 other sessions and than give another feedback. If the last comment was too edgy / sarcastic. Sorry.

As written in first post. I embrace the open communication and the will to improve the game.

I'm looking forward for the next coming oRvR steps T2+-wise.

You reverted the neurality of BO's (turning green when nobody there) in T2+ but can you folks keep this feature in T1?
Just in case you would want to have the same features implemented in T2+ and T1.
In T1 it does add a good dynamic and as players we have to make a choice.

It is almost recent. T1 haven't the same objectives -and the same population than higher tier so, let see and think about.
