Well maybe if you actually highlighted some of those so called "cronic issues" that RoR has yet to overcome and provided some insight on why it's necessary to fix them, instead of just piling on ludicrous suggestions one after another that are supposed to be implemented for god knows what reasons on weekends - all in the name of some kind of progress that will surely in the long run save the game from its impending doom - then maybe it wouldn't be this bad.
As it stands now, it pretty much belongs in the Off Topic if you ask me, along side with that communist vibe.

Re: Revolution
So... Someone who used to play and lead WBs, but doesn't play anymore wants highlighted reasoning towards the issues that lead to people not playing the game...
Maybe login and roll a bit in T4. You will very shortly have it Highlighted for you.

Re: Revolution
Last time I played the issue was that the enemy would rather avoid fighting us unless we siege a keep, which was pretty much impossible to take since it took hours to break even the first door, leaving them with enough time to pile in on the free gold bags for the defense.
So the fun in running over the occasional roaming parties in Praag, that would message you how your "russian blob-zerg" is ruining the game, was not enough to keep me playing.
From what I can tell it's not the issue anymore, what are the actual issues in T4 right now? I'm still finishing leveling but from what I can tell it's still the same-old forum nonsense with the lack of racial warbands that would fight each other gracefully in passionate zergless long stretched out single target based duels w/o morals or guard, so we must do all it takes to change the game because otherwise it's stale and boring.

@dabbart
he's trying to be attention ***** from beginning which i don't care.
@scrilian
i won't discuss with anyone here, and obviously dev's not gonna test %90 of the possible test phases. why you're so triggered ? this threads aim is for dev's, not players. stop trying to provacate me. if you dare to face with us one day you will see how TTK is low in warband scale.

I'm just calling out bullshit when I see it and in the end all you can do to defend your arguments is "fight me bruh", you petty little man.
For someone who's apparently the greatest leader RoR has ever seen, might I suggest you put some thought into it the next time you make a thread.

Re: Revolution
Lets make clear one thing -90 % of players comes to RoR cos they PLAY & LOVE SOME VERSION OF WARHAMMER ONLINE. And trust me, your "morale bad morale good" discussion is for these 90% peoples utterly INDIFFERENT. They just ask themselves "ROR bring me good memories about playing WAR Online or not?" - If not - "farewell and good luck".
And imao - no matter what revolution y make or not make - here left just fanatics and this project will be just vegetating. It is just to late.
Sorry its a harsh truth for me, thought you all meet me in every evening on battlefield.

Re: Revolution
There is a dialectical law of denial of negation. Initially, the administration was building a project in the negation of some mechanics of the old game. But the players who came after the introduction of T4 decided to play in the old AOR. That in turn did not like the other part of the community and their calls to build a new game were the administration heard. In the end, I observe the dwindling interest of the players and even the appearance of this topic in some sense was predetermined.
The future is hazy, but in my opinion the game needs neo-Renaissance, in the sense of awareness of the community as a class for themselves and the RvR as the mass PvP.

Re: Revolution
Im entirely agreed with that - RoR was perfect when comes to open zones from t1-t4, the development direction was bright and precise. Then on this peak point (t4) , vision of future start be unspecified and hazy.Buran wrote:There is a dialectical law of denial of negation. Re: Revolution
I'm sorry but this is such a stupid comment. I can't understand why YOU are still playing the game if you admit this "harsh truth". People here seem to ignore the facts for some reason. And believe it or not, there are actually people who never played this game, did you ever read the introduction threads? I wouldn't say it's only 10% of the population, as the server develops more new people are bound to come (plus, these 'fanatics' as you call them are very few and far between, and we are one of them). Also this thread is not just about "morale good morale bad" , did you even read any of the other proposals? No you didn't. And tell me, why wouldn't the devs strive to improve some obviously very bad designs of this old game that will in turn improve everyones experience? Why not make new, better memories? People don't 'only' play for memories either, they play to have fun, and I think RvR is not fun for quite a few of them.Dajciekrwi wrote:Lets make clear one thing -90 % of players comes to RoR cos they PLAY & LOVE SOME VERSION OF WARHAMMER ONLINE.
