Otherwise, any news about the DPS rework? I’m not denying the work that’s been done—quite the opposite—but the fact that some classes can have it all while others end up being nothing more than sub-classes doesn’t feel very fair to me. But maybe that’s just my mistaken interpretation... or maybe not.

You're not mistaken. Some classes can only do 1 or 2 things somewhat good/well/ok. And others, namely the high elf classes, can do and be whatever the hell they want. Offering tons of freedom.

As it should be. High elves are better than everyone else.
