It's mainly to decrease the burst in a way or another since the pets got the buff.

You won't see a huge buff with the pet damage. Most people run FS and you might get a few more crits, but not many. WL's lost about 10% damage from burst. Already lowered from the pounce nerf from a few months ago when the damage was delayed. They could have lower pounce damage by 10% and that would have been more than enough. Pet changes are very small so people should check it out first before thinking they got buffed or nerfed.

Leave out the fact that as always the changes you make don't make sense and this is the factual proof:
"There isn't much of a roadmap. We have regular discussions, people bring up issues they have concerns with. Changes are generally made under consensus." Clearly you do not have any analysis system to manage the balancing is all done at random, other factual proof is the fact that the changes you make are never justified with reasonable explanations or reasons regarding the modification of certain skills etc ... second time I write this message because the first time I was censored for telling the truth.

Im sorry but this Sc change to force ppl to cap the middle BO to be able to cap the side one to gain points in Reikland hills is to express myself mildly an ourageous change.
Ive been sitting in total staled Sc for 15 min with below 100 points on both sides. What is the acual point of this change?


Tbh, most changes in this patch make very little sense imo. I see no issue with most of them as they were before this change, there are way bigger issues to tackle. Or some interesting changes.

They need to PUT TV and RH back to the way they were before. Please less King of the Hill SC's more like Reikland factory / TV. If people want a death match keep in EC and 6v6 scs.

Yes, please more sc, where you actively avoid the enemy, because fighting wastes time, while others run around to recap flags to win the match by pressing WASD.
Dying is no option.

They haven't. Don't disparage staff, that should be pretty clear in the TOS.

Several of the Chosen abilities already do Spirit damage. We added Elemental damage to two of the Knight abilities where it made sense. You have more options on Knight without needing to use a tactic slot. The tactics themselves were converting all damage from all sources to magical damage, and for guys with big swords, that ain't right. They're primarily physical damage dealers outside of a few abilities. For people that were aware of this unintended effect, it's probably a nerf.
Heavens Fury did not need elemental damage, unlike Myrmidia's Fury, also it makes more sense.
Or just consider adding elem damage to Myrmidia Fury with the Overpowering Swings (a la Chosen Oppressing Blows), would you kindly?

Or maybe you can use your head and hold the flags and have small fights all over the map.

OH WAIT... You want to ZEERRRG one BO flags and win the match by doing random aoe.

right after i really wanted to start focusing on 2H chosen

I dont understand why, the tactic(s) was only really best on 2h chosen and KOTBS and its not like either were overperforming
According to my friend, devs were like "big 2 hander needs to do physical damage, the effect of the tactic was unintentional LUL", then there is SM running around doing spirit damage by default without the need of a tactic. Unbiased right............

Couldn't have said it better. But engi's turret is also a pet, no ? :roll:
yeah it counts as a pet witch makes sense since magus does aswell, but engies are the last class that need a buff.. order are so stacked on SW and Engies already, cant even pass keep walls without getting dotted with 1 gcd and die 10 sec later, dots needs a HEAVY nerf in this game.
Turrets and true pets like lion/squig function pretty different in their target/attack/support mechanic. I'm not sure if the patch was directed at turrets. The magus pet looks like a pet but it's really a turret in function.
