It's not just these forums but pretty much everywhere. Ppl cant be arsed to read more than headlines which makes them assume things that might not even be discussed in the article. Humanities ability to read and understand what they are reading and making logical conclusions out of that is on a all time low.
All good if you are not a new player. But i can tell you that as a new player in T1 RVR. This patch is horrible. No one wants to join a warband or even a group if they need influence. We were getting stomped all night and everyone was just trying to run supplies solo just to get their influence up for gear. I was in a 3 man group and each supply only gave 33 influence. In a 4 man it was 25. Im guessing a full group it would be only 16 or 17. People would run past you and let you die just so they could get to a supply before anyone else. At low levels it has definitely discouraged us from working together.
Looking into that one. Probably not intended to be that harsh.

Because it's an alpha server and you're all a bunch of willing testers for our wild experiments. Maybe we just want to see how you react when we throw in some spice.

Basically makes it less profitable to just zerg surf and tag enemies by doing AoE splash damage to all of them.
We don't really feel that zerging needs to be rewarded with extra gold.

T1 inf is completely out of whack with the changes. It's almost impossible to get the gear from the 3 pairings in time before out leveling the place now. Supplies went from 120-140 RR/inf to 40.

So now people that are allies refuse to join groups, intentionally avoid helping and try to steal each other's supplies. Is that a good impression for a game where you're only supposed to fight the other faction? If anything, the resources should instead give the same amount across the whole RvR area based on contribution (to go in line with flags).

I'm one for removing supplies entirely from T1. maps are too big in elf and dwarf.
let ppl practice supply run in T2.
in T1 practice grp play.
VP system might better for T1. holding BO flags.
no tick, no supply, rp and VP from kills, BO lock and zone lock only.

That killed my appetite for playing on the outnumbered side. Time to join the dominating realm and zerg surf then...
Can't really understand the recent changes on rvr. Feels like you are sabotaging your own work.

I mean, you'd still get shitload of AAO bonus when on outnumbered side, except that with the malus gone for soloers you'll actually find some solo players to kill, instead of getting rolled over by box carrying groups
