EVEN if (SM and KOBTS tanks) ,u cant make all skills balance and just GIVEAWAY anything they wonna.
But if server ill be become shee..., i ill had my fun to look at it)

Azarael, JUST make Vote post with 2 buttons and let player make their choise ,ON main page of site.
1) let server be genuine Mythic like 99% almost like official .
2)Or make balance classes and change skills to players wishes .
AND let urs players to decide fate of server, as bonus I will not even participate in vote just to make things Fair.
Auras are fine. You are concerned Twister is 'required' to twist but that is not the case. Twister just allows you to hit 1 button rather than 3. Twister allows you to keypress of F1, F1, F1, rather than F1, F2, F3, repeat. Using Twister removes the conscious choice of aura casting which can be liability in circumstances. A We gets on your healer, and you are casting a resist buff/debuff, or OYG, rather than strength or toughness.
Further Twister still requires conscious keypressing. In combat this can easily be forgotten. What you recommend is a huge buff to the class, and just a crutch for lesser skilled or focused players. If you think they are overpowered now, wait until every player is actually using them all, all the time. They should be powerful, they are a mechanic. The buff/debuff is not overstated as a skill, as it lacks a heal or damage coefficient to accompany it. The greatest benefit is no global cooldown, but that is the bonus of being the mechanic.
twister is used with autohotkey btw. ^^

Ah, I forgot about appealing for a vote.
The reason appealing for a vote doesn't work is simple: participants do not have to support their position. Let's say, as an example, we have a vote to nerf a class suspected of being overpowered. We have four guys:
- Guy A votes to nerf the class based on a well-reasoned analysis of the metagame and the class' abilities.
- Guy B doesn't know anything about the class, but he votes to nerf the class because he plays the opposite faction and nerfing the enemy will make him look better, or because he believes that the faction as a whole is overpowered and will support any nerf to that faction, even if it's to a class that is balanced.
- Guy C votes to keep the class as is based on a well-reasoned analysis of the metagame and the class' abilities.
- Guy D plays the class or the faction that the class is aligned with and will always vote against any reductions in power to that class, no matter what the balance looks like.
Under voting, all these people have an equal say, but two of them are casting votes for the right reasons and two are not. This shouldn't be the case, because Guy B and Guy D have invalid reasons.
The next problem is that under a vote, a player does not even have to read the discussion to have input. They can simply cast a vote without ever having had their viewpoint challenged or being educated on the subject, so the risk of getting a lot of Guy B and D-type voters is increased. If one posts to a discussion without having read the previous pages, it's obvious and it leads to one looking foolish and ignorant, which is useful for weeding such people out.
For these reasons I prefer to see discussion coming to a consensus rather than simple voting, though it's not always possible to do things that way.

Well its obvious that one can never put up a vote for a more.. delicate topic.
I think you got your answers though and since someone special might still troll around here i guess you can close it? Good luck however on fixing the other Aura things without problems

Do you read? I just explained that in a dozen of posts before. People use clicktools, their macro keyboards, or even automated mousekeys for such stuff..
For autohotkey i assume its another addon, that clicks sh*t for you in intervals.
