There is a different tactic setup if your roaming then if your at a keep offense/keep defense.

If your roaming 100% green cleaning.

In a keep offense/keep defense you 100% need resto burst because you'll be AoE healing a lot and your more stationary.

I feel like I can't take off restorative burst.... like ever.... And I don't even have the reduced build time staff lol...

You can take off resto burst but you have to have some ap feeds/ap reducer's in your group to help mitigate. Resto burst is for prolonged engagements.
