Seems like. Only three items sitting un-repaired. Would have to do a more thorough search to see the rest of them.

Whats the purpose/motivation for having these limited time items? Not trying to complain/criticize (Gods know you get enough of that on the forums), it just seems odd to add items like these (near)BiS items with low drops rates for a limited time.
Also, any timeline on the return of Beastlord quests. I think last we heard was supposed to be a September return (still the plan, or more work needed on them?).

I wonder if they have a chance to drop the broken version of themselves when a player holding them dies in rvr. So once a sufficient number are held, they only drop from killing specific players, lending new life to the fun new mini-game of "hunt the Teefz"
Or its gonna be a seasonal like Beastlord.

RvR development has delayed things a bit. They're mostly ready, just need to flesh out some abilities on the new BL bosses. September isn't quite over yet (I was hoping for last week).

i think the items are just limited cuz we are still in alpha stage testing new stuff i guess i might be wrong on this but i think once we get out of alpha we will prolly see more items and better drop rates and better rvr. "like i said i might be wrong on this"

well it's a good thing.
It's an oppurtunity to close gear gaps.
weps and jewels are the biggest deal atm. (rarest bags or a lot of sc seals)
not sure how I feel about the 5% RR ring though.
It's something like leorics signet in D3.
Once you have it and equip it, it's pretty damn good. with an even better % value (5% compared to 2-3%) as in D3.
Everytime you pug around can just equip it. no brainer. pickupwb play etc is anyway almost random and does random things, so max farm potential.

Is there any place in particular the dev's would like feedback on the career changes? Should we toss them in here or take them to the balance forum?
For a number of reasons I am not a big fan of the snipe / phosphorous shells swap. It killed some interesting builds and just pushes more snipe builds. PS had a lot of cross build value where it was.
But no need to go into a wall of text here if you'd like it someplace else.

SH changes IMO where not needed. The classes now has self punt,snare,heal,KD,run away tactic, pets that cant be LOS which is more obsurd given its a rdps,range healdebuff and the tool kit gets ever more expanded. already the the best solo in game. best 2,3,4vX in game yet more changes are being made.
This has effectively become the range dps marauder equivalent for destro.
