More nights than just Thursday night will be active for NA now, i foresee some big Sunday night RvR fights in the future.

Phalanx can't field a 24 man during NA Prime because they're too busy sleeping. Maybe you can talk Frandito and Ttjones into coming back and running a NA Prime division of Phalanx again.

I'm a power nub, recently returned...What tier(s) is this action occuring in?

Since all the tiers except t1 are combined, it's just happening in open rvr for level 16+
