Bleed fer me belong to single target life tap too. It contribute from inteligence, not willpower so inteligence has it sence.

Thats for dps AM/shammy. When ab ex toggled on dmg spells with Force/Gork get highest Int or WP, if your heal spec Int doesnt count at all. It get some use when building Tranquility/Mork helping with disrupts, but hey, again, we wont use often offensive spells.

Also for bw/sorc the 240 armor thing is a joke for rdps casters while a Sh/Sw get stats wich far exeeds ours. Rather do wounds /intel cause armor is Just nothing with all armor debuffs going on a class with 1600 armor is Just mehhh..

Does the Armour Debuff for black orc stack with the Wot armour? (i'm sure it doesn't, thats why it's not really attractive to me) If it was Corp resist debuff however

No it doesn't stack. I believe Luth said in a thread recently, the only armour debuff that stacks for tanks is the morale debuff.

I really cant get this set because no one wants to do them anymore.....
I quess I go for some other combo the Imperator and Overlord got some nice stuff on them.

haven't finished a single BL set on any of my chars, as I seem to play only T4 that have suboptimal set bonuses.
the jewel is nice though

It'd be interesting to know whether the procs have ICDs and whether they proc through ST/AoE.
