As far as I'm concerned, Luth's video proves the point that QE could refresh. Refreshment of a buff and dispelling of a buff when an ability is used are completely different mechanisms. Unless you can find proof that QE was changed not to refresh later on, and good luck with that, anyone attempting to dismiss the RoR QE as not matching live's in terms of refresh mechanics without supplying proof will have their posts removed.

QE/Odjira did stack with gobbo`s tactic run away. That was like only trick shamans had on the table. Is thi9s truth for RoR or not?

The game is full of aoe snares, some with 200%+ uptime, some uncleansable, etc... One of the main reasons every group runs a BO or Knight, a good BO/Knight is gonna keep everything virtually snared all the time. One thing lacking in this game is speed boosts, so any form of that comes at an extreme premium.
So yes QE does counter snares if your opponent has no way to augment their speed as well.

I would agree that QE comes at an extreme premium. It's definitely one of the least egregious renown abilities.

Because its a absolute broken ability. Its so strong, that you have to have it, if you want to be copetitive. Thats practically the definition of broken, wouldnt you agree?

Absolute broken ability is wounds buff onWP (after nerf AOE detaunt on WP/DOK) - Its so strong.
Absolute broken ability is Wall of Darting Steel on SM (All SMs play like mdps with full ofensive gear, but have all tanks things and strong def with WDS) - Its so strong.
QE - can open oRvR for small groups (not only rdps groups or zergs). Without QE u dont have any chance to kite. I'm sorry that you do not understand.
