Back to the topic:
Surely stun duration reduction for dps would be ok if every dps had an interrupt. From what I remember only WL/Mara, Engie/Magus, SW/SH(melee) have it.
Throat Slasha for once can be altered to become an interrupt with 10-20sec CD.

Would it be okay? I think off that is one heck of a compromise. I can appreciate mitigating "nerfs" to lessen the blow. I don't feel that WEs/WH need an interrupt at all. Yes WL/ Marauder have it, does that mean all MDPS should have one? I think not. As mentioned previously the kill potential for a WH/WE with a 2s KD pre-TB is downright silly.
Knowing that WE/WH were extremely powerful Pre-1.4 with incredibly burst potential*, and considering we are returning to a world without access to RR81+ gear or Trivial Blows, reverting the KD duration on these classes should be seriously considered, adding buffs and other mitigators done after sufficient testing.
*Please watch the video previously linked. The WE is not in sovereign gear but in Warlord/Invader. There is also a Burst test at the end which is highly relevant.

Yes, WL doesn need no CD gap closer as he have charge + u cant run away from lion. Lion is the fastest npc in the game, faster than mount, faster than run away+flee, it will follow u trough obsatcles, walls + it doesnt slow down in water + it cant be slowed by puddle + he will attack u trough walls and it gives perma snare. Lion is the WARs Flash!

Yes the removal and nerf to all the cc that a coordinated grp uses to battle superior numbers was the worst decision the original devs made.
Rewarding the player who's first comment upon logging in at night is "Where the warband?" and running in a giant clump from one point to another while penalizing the players who actually try and find fights( the minority) by taking away their only advantage is something Ill never understand.
Reward coordination and lets bring back cc!

Pistol whip was 2 seconds. I remember this because I looked at that patch as a buff to WH/WE

At launch pistol whip was a 3s Stun. When 1.3 hit and changed it to a KD. Somewhere along the lines both the WE and WH KDs were nerfed to 2s...only to be buffed again.
