I found witchbrew spec to be the most effective for succesful kill. Even withot single crit and crit dmg tactic, the burst is insane. Have some nice 1-2sec kills. With full witchbrew pop out of stealth+inc heal debuff+wounds debuff finisher.

Great one on one class and great in a group, but not meant for MDPS. Every class has its place and a spec that works. I mean you could try it an see what happens if you have a group thats willing to run with it.
