When I had lost a 15gold mount and insisted on a refund I got banned from the forums. It is a miracle I am back. Do not even bother with gear refunds. It is a lost cause trying to explain it took you time to get something.

You're not entitled to anything you've spent your time for in an alpha phase game. Losing your gear is considered a bug in the game's current state, not something you have the right to be refunded for.
