You mean a cc that breaks on damage?


Look, you are the same guy who wanted to give 30 secs cd to pounce because "all other movement abilities have that cd"

I know logic doesnt work on you but for everyone else wondering the same and able of rational thinking, here it goes.

Silences are often a higher duration, law of gold is 5 secs, have an extra effect like the already mentioned choking smoke being an aoe silence or are available without spending points, like the Wh where you can have a silence for free or invest onto a KD.

Is a kd better than a silence? yeah.

Does that mean we should buff silences? lol no.

From my point of view BW in large scale rvr thrives and really becomes the go to dps for organised war bands. In this kind of situation if choking only gave a 6-9 second immunity its just to strong.

Any Stun >>>>> silence

Sharing immunity = every silence is a lost Stun/KD

EDIT: Silence is casters only and while "disabled" they can move, pot, (morale?) and use pockets. Granting same immunity as a real "disable" is excessive IMO.

It doesnt mean that, i already explained to you why its different and why it should stay, if your only way to mantain your argument is ignore it and repeat your bullshit like a mantra, be my guest i guess.

You already tried to pathetically equipare staggers and silences.

Lets do something, try and find me a ranged 5 secs kd, the equivalent of law of gold.

Immunities are super overtuned casual baby horseshit

It needs to be nerfed big time.

30 seconds of immunity for a 3 sec CC is absolutely insane.

Stagger and punts need their own separate timers as well. Punts are so central to the meta right now, and jackass knights and engineers giving everyone free KD immunity is really rustling my jimmies hard you guys.

The difference being that stuns are STAGGERS that break on any damage.
Disarm and silence do not "break" on damage.

How about we just remove immunities from the game?
We can also make return staggers to being straight up stuns.

We can go back to the good old days of guarded Bright Wizards running in and popping Ruin and Destruction and bombing stunned people to death. Remember that tactic that made Flame Shield stun on proc?

If I wanted to get chain CCed to death by a full warband, I'd just go play WoW pvp. The ability to not lose control of my character for 20 seconds straight is the only thing this game has going for it in terms of combat gameplay over WoW or TSW or any other number of games.

3 sec silence at orvr could be insta wipe. Yes for small scale and 1v1 some of the imunities seems too long but war is batttle of armies so to play at that scale u need some freedom to play your characted.
