On tactics, Greave of Sigmar appears to be fairly mandatory. I've yet to see anyone disagree, the tactic simply provides far too much to afford losing in favour of something else. Likewise for Divine Fury, as focusing heavily in strength leaves Healing Hand and Divine Mend somewhat weak, increasing the need to bolster melee damage abilities for the sake of additional healing.
Hastened Divinity can help improve your auto-attack DPS and damage over-all, but will NOT affect your healing in the slightest, apart from procs from Prayer of Devotion, which amounts of around 250 health. Grace of Sigmar averages an extra 200 health-per-strike on Sigmar's Radiance, and can provide a nice boost to group-healing if you're expecting to run with allies and will also give you more survivability.
Leading the Prayer has the potential to provide a consistent 250 health, and with a bit of luck can generate up to 1,250 health every other seconds, though this tactic will require you to be in a group. Additionally, if you're either out of range or if your allies are otherwise not attacking, it is effectively an empty tactic slot. Better for premade play, though it can help with RvR pugging if you're worried about healers either being unable or unwilling to help you.
AP management is important, especially since it does not regenerate while using Divine Assault. Unless putting pressure on someone try to pause once in a while to regain your AP. Keeping close to maximum will allow you to use Divine Assault + several Sigmar's Radiances to provide sustained healing until the situation changes.
There has been some debate between Divine Fury and Fanaticism. For reliability, Divine Fury wins out. Though Fanaticism's additional Parry combined with Sigmar's vision can easily allow you 20% parry chance, which can help with engaging melee-DPS. The extra critical-hit chance helps with healing, but can be incredibly unreliable. I'd recommend Divine Fury, as it is a consistent boost to damage and healing. It won't let you down because of a bad roll of dice.
