Lvl 26 mounts don't even exist. I guess you failed hard. :^)

They do exist, you can buy them for 20g (down from 150g before T3 lewl), but they seem to be disabled (hopefully they get activated soon), and they do apparently work, there's screenshots of the devs riding them.
