All your information proves, assuming it is correct, is the web servers RoR (not game server) uses are based in Arizona hosted by the known web domain provider godaddy.com. The responses of it being a debt scamming service are from 3 years ago. If someone is doing this it is not RoR it is the web domain server host.

you once again make claims but provide no evidence to support these claims or algorithms you speak. When make accusations such as this, supporting documentation is essential; not just a quick search my 4 year old niece could perform.

No, all it proves is that the domain was registered using wild west domains, and that it uses domains by proxy to hide the personal information of the owner. Something millions upon millions of other domain owners do.
