Think the best way to get them is to do scenario or as someone said before make a 2-3 man party for gank on rvr fight and take some kills ! i have 50 medal and i need 50 more + 45 for shoulder alt =S christmas present ...

Well as i said even as 2man the chance to get any medal as healer is really low, db = 95% chance to get the drop. Healers, tough life!

The same happens when farming loot in pve, the damage dealer gets most items, if not all. Loot sharing is as broken as xp/rp sharing.

Unfortunately ZAM Wiki has not been regularly updated since Patch 1.3.2, so the data are definitely outdated. However, I believe the prices shown at Hammer Wiki are accurate.

solo/duo rvr roam all the way, can do 5 meddals per hour that way
sad to hear healer got so little though,
personally I would equal the drop chance for all kills in the zone not higher at keep/bo, cuz it attracts the zerg too much
still the necessity to farm those pulled me back toward ORVR

heh it doenst matter if you are healer or dps, only luck does matter:D
on my sorc i have 14 and my buddy chosen playing mostly with me have like 45 ....
