We apologize for this bug and are like you really frustrated about that.
Restarting the server will give the same issue.
We are trying to find a solution but to be honnest it may take some time.

No, but the issue will manifest again within about 10 minutes of the restart, so you'll just be back here complaining.

what's funny is i had the same problem, but then it sort of....righted itself when i got that "- is recruiting!" message. that's not reason enough not to fix it, but at least there's hope!

The problem fixes itself after a few minutes when the server realizes that the character is AFK and automatically logs you out.
