What about Stalker gear that has gone missing? Can a Dev/GM reset the quest for the user, so they can reacquire that piece?

We're not staffed to take on the sort of workload that would be required to address every missing item and broken quest on a per-character basis, nor are we planning to take on that level of work. These things need to be fixed from the coding end of things, not manually by GM's. This means that anything which is currently a bit buggy, is a risk the end-user is taking. It's considered an Alpha state for these reasons.
