Sounds like you need to make some exceptions in your firewall to communicate with the server, or just use a VPN service.

When you hadn't this problem with your old ISP maybe it's time to ask your new ISP what's wrong. You pay them and you had no problems before, so...

But what I am going to ask? I am cannot connect to Warhammer:Return of Reckoning there are some authentication problems? I dont think they can answer. I need more professional questions.

Just check the IP adress the server has and the ports he uses for connection and ask your ISP why you can't connect to that IP adress on those ports.

If that doesn't help, you may have to call Mr. Erdogan to ask him why he is censoring teh internet for the people who voted him. :)

You can also try opening your ports on your router

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Open Port 8048" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=8048

netsh advfirewall firewall add rule name="Open Port 10622" dir=in action=allow protocol=TCP localport=10622

I guess your ISP is blocking the port. Contact with them and explain them the problem. There are some tools to determine it without contacting the ISP but I don't know if they are reliable.
