What you are asking may seem small but it would also be illegal to manipulate the coding. I do agree however that some scenarios are suited for smaller 6v6 at the least perfect example would be ironclad sc. But to add content that wasn't in the game is not possible.
Hey my friend, breath a bit, who talked about priorities ? =D
Me not, it's just a feature to be added, if feasible.
Adding such content may be possible, it's mainly a question of clipping (yes, ok , a bit more, but...).
And for the queues in the client it's, may be, possible with lua ?
Anyway, I was just launching the idea, in case...

Im sure its possible to adjust the number of players in an sc. I would like to see gromril junction wb v wb sc with no flags to cap, team death match style.

We got 1 6vs6 sc on live. It looked like an arena with an abyss from one side. And second one 6vs6 sc was Ironclad. They removed this SCs later, but for me it always was very much fun.
3vs3 would be very cool too.

Why someone want WoW pvp features in game such Warhammer online? There was only 1 6v6 scenario( I think it was Ethernal Citadel) back on live and I am sure it will be revive in T4. But 3v3, 1v1, individual and guild ladders. It just sounds too WoWish.

I respect everyone wishes but why you guys want an arena in game, which charm is the rvr fights?I mean, you can find arena, pve, scenarios, crafting in a lot other mmo's but not a rvr fights and keep sieges in the open field. Also everything in the core game design was made to support such fights. And this ladder will show absolutely nothing, unless you show me a team of three magus, holding the 1st place for a month ;)

You are going to find tons of opposition to a MM/Ladder system for scenarios.

If you look at the history of games like CS and Dota, you will notice a lot of people stating that they very much preferred 1.6 and source or WC3 over the current renditions. And if you start to really read into why exactly it often boils down to (whether or not they want to admit it) match making being added and "ruining" the community.

What really happens is the focus of the game moves from a much more casual and fun atmosphere into a tryhard only super competitive atmosphere where the only thing that matters is winning and climbing the ladder/ranks. I personally like that atmosphere better, but a lot of people don't.

The problem with a game like WAR is scenarios aren't the sole focus of the game, and I believe if you added MMR/Ladder to scenarios ORvR would become the defacto "casual" mode of the game and most hardcore players would only worry about doing SC's and climbing ranks, I'm pretty sure that is what I would end up doing anyways. Only to help out in ORvR if a city push was at stake.

It would also put a huge amount of pressure on the devs to balance the game, because now that ranks are at stake people will que up with meta premades a lot more often to make sure that they win.

its simpe if you wanna keep players you need to give them samething, same ladder or samething to measure E-penis is always good:)

and in normal war was like 3 6v6 scenario: Ethernal citadel, Ironclad and Gates of Ekrund was 6v6 too

edit:
and i think is good idea have samething for more competetiv players, pugs can always go oRvR to hide and create zerg and same small guild can enjoy 6v6 scenarios and ladders
