The RvR lakes, quests, a raised level cap with class skills, is prepared and ready to be deployed (missing only minor details). However, because of the lag issues, it does not seem wise to deploy it right away.
sounds like t3 is pretty dang ready to me

I'm not sure about you, but I know if any of my level 27 - 31 tactics, abilities, ect aren't working correctly I'd submit a bug report.
I don't want to play a broken game/class.
Would you guys just play with broken abilities, tactics, ect without saying anything?

I agree. make 1 zone 27-31 only while not allowing 27+ players to fight in other t2 zones. this can be later changed depending on avarage population of 12-26 and 27-31 to 2-1 zones restricted to these levels.
this way there wont be any huge power gap and u can still test new abilities in rvr and scenarios.
btw is it possible to change t2 zones to have different lvl restriction or all 3 zones are coded as one t2 and cannot be coded on their own?
