Return of Reckoning

There seems to be a fairly wide spread issue with it returning "invalid user/pass" even when the credentials are good. I'm having this issue along with the "nothing happens when clicking connect" issue", and I've never once logged into RoR, so no way I'm connected to any exploit.

Same problem here, already tried to change password several times

FWIW; I made a new account and I was able to log in no problems what so ever. Perhaps this is an account issue and not a tech support one?

I've talked about this issue in the past.

The website passes changes to the login server. It does not do this at a good rate, which is a known issue. It can take days. In the meantime you'll be able to login to the forums. Options are to either wait it out if you've changed your password, or create a new account which usually gets passed to the login server quickly.

If your account has been banned for some reason, it also applies to the forums and you'll get a message about it.

When you say "it can take days", do you have any idea from experience around how many days it could actually take? I was getting the message yesterday (for some strange reason), and changed my password from my user panel around 24 hours ago, and it's still not working for the launcher, still getting the Invalid password message.

got the same after i changed the password..

I installed thru Torrent, downloaded Launcher, put in AoR folder. Registered and Validated. Tried accessing on 11/4 and got "Invalid username/password". Today tried again and got "An Error Occured...".

Does this mean the login and PW are ok but I have a problem with the launcher or game code? Game code seems ok when I click on "WAR.exe", but fails because I havent started it thru the Launcher.

I did read "read this first" but missed the cant access line. I removed the "read only" from the folder and bingo it works.

Experiencing this issue today with an updated password being returned as invalid even though I'm logged in here on the forums. Look like waiting it out for a few days is the only fix.
