try running as administrator, worked for me

I'm experiencing the same issue.
* Tried shutting down and booting back up computer -> problem persists as described
* Tried making all files non-read-only in the warhammer folder -> problem persists as described
* Tried rebooting the launcher -> problem persists as described
* Tried manually running the launcher as admin -> problem persists as described
I'm on Windows 10 OS.

Yep restarting the launcher multiple times until I could press it worked. Thanks!

you open the client and clsoe the """"" process""" are you sure you jsut didn't close the program?
