So toughness and wwounds...what about when I get renown points...what should the first 20 points ggo into?

Those two and blocking (I am quite sure that renown-blocking also work). I use initiative-talismans. But most important thing: learn how YOU have fun and how you are going to fight. Best stat ever is player's intelligence: you have to read battlefield in front of you, when you go in and how and when you run away, how you help your team and how you harm it etc.

yes stack toughness and wounds with your shield so when you come to beat on me i can type /laugh

2h bg much like 2h kotbs is compleatly lackluster even with snb bg can dps fine with filled with fury and hastened doom

but 2h bg? what do you get out of that? nothing of value that you can do better with snb, crimson death is lack luster in the grand scheme of things AND you lose access to the longest knock down in the game

it might be diffrent if blade of ruin wans turned into a cave in mirror but that is not the case so 2h bg you can do it for shits and giggles but its not any where as good as 2h ib, blorc or sm and is nowhere near as good as snb bg

if you plan IB you may eventually want to stack block> armor/resistence > tough , then use regen liniment+ resistence potion and go troll.
