1. Devastator will be in. I'm working on Tracker and Stalker at the moment. All available sets will work, however the 5-piece passive abilities granted by Devastator are not implemented yet. That's an Aza job, and it's relatively low priority. Ditto for passive abilities on influence weapons.
2. Whatever they end up costing? We'll probably end up having an internal discussion (read: Aza/Dana tells me to do it) on prices, whether we should give fused emblems, etc. Pricing doesn't matter as much to me when the best-in-slot gear is still level-appropriate purple gear. In other words, if the level cap is 29, and the influence weapons are purple level 29 weapons, the SC grind matters less.

4. 1050 at level 40. Some give diminishing returns. You want the formulas? The code is publicly available, I'm not doing the math for each level.
5. Currently, 26. As more stuff is finished, the cap will be increased.
6. See 5.
7. "Soon." When the lag is fixed. Probably within the next month. Maybe.

yah boys things like pvp gear, bugs and lag dont need discussion, as some m8 post it "As Aza mentioned once, if it requires effort and it's not important, don't bother asking." ...you see no need to be inconvenient lets talk about buffs and nerfs as expected
