I (often) lead Order warbands, however, I make sure mine is clean and try to re-organize some members to stay in specific groups where there needs a tank or heal. I also kick people who are not following my orders and I rule mine usually with an Ironfist.

I would not say that my warbands are the most organized because I lack confident people who are following my orders strictly and know how to avoid zerging. But something in between of doing zerg and not, that's just my opinion.

Yes, there are many warband leaders who aren't very good at maneuvering the RvR without doing Zerg and it's more frequently that Order does it, yes.
