I wonder why they can't just add items or emblems. My girlfriend has left the game becouse of the same issue. If we have a chance on every server sestart to lose our items why we have to grind so hard?

Because we have no way to tell whether or not we're being lied to.

Ask for screenshots or fraps footage?

I hate to cross you again Azarael, but you probably want to make some kind of system before T3 or T4 to restore lost items. I don't think people will be too happy if they lose pieces of their Endgame RvR sets or some such.

If I fraps/dxtory/shadowplay (video record) logging onto the character from the character select screen, show the medals in my bag (with my character sheet open to see my character's name and show myself buying the item would that be enough proof?

I'm planing to grind out A LOT of SC medals, so if there is away to protect myself incase it bugs out, I'll take extreme steps to be able to provide proof.


If it's that you don't have a system in place to replace items easily that's another matter entirely that I completely understand. There are much more important things your working on.

I also lost an item for no reason, but it is easy to get, so i'm not asking for refund. However, i do agree that something has to be done with this problem.
