Can you open up the Squig Pet Salon as well? That was an integral part of the RVR game on Live. And make it so I can buy what I want by AH gouging and not killing players. Also Player housing for for gold and vanity items for gold. ALL more important than lag at this point.

To be fair, it can be hard to tell sometimes until you've had a few good looks ingame after a few hrs of use, and go "WTF this looks nothing like in Chargen screen!"

CHARGEN goggles exist in most games, sometimes on purpose. Aion makes good RMT off it.
