Imo all the renown abilities, that came with 1.4 needs to take a ferry out of this world. Game was much better before that patch.

TB was just a band aid for +crit chance stat that became quite high with the new set procs and colossus souls, and there was no point to invest in crit chance reduction. With rr80 as the max rr it was fairly easy to get really close to 0% chance to be crit as a healer or tank.

Problem with the renown abilities and LOTD gear was they make balancing almost impossible.
As order get much core +AA and dest got more +crit damage TB/FS really wasn't so well though through. Adding RD, CW just makes everything so much harder balance.
Bugged LOTD tallies, pockets and ill designed procs was really bad as well. Stacking absorb procs on def tanks or undefendable 7s + lifetap for DoKs come to mind. Using cloaks in bags or BW/Sorcs with 100% crit .... just jesus god

the pugs dont need it since they die in most of the cases anyway but w/o tb they are able to pull out at least some pressure to the premade due to the more dmg they deal.
premades will just go back to armor stacking, tb and double tank + med armor mdps meta. that is stupid. tb means rip squig, sorc, sw, bw, wh, we, magus, engi and that is a fact. you automatically give up like everything if you dont stick with the meta and that's bs.
actually i am not a bw, i am a mrd and the one who will profit the most of tb! it would be a huge buff for me but i dont want it

Are you sure Bretin that the crit dmg is 175 with the tactic? I recall it like 100% base damage + 40-60% base critdamage + 50% tactic.
2k AW was reduced to 1,5k with TB. TB effectively removed the crit tactic. The more bonus crit damage you had, the bigger the impact.
If you tested it ingame then the crit formula is most likely wrong.

in 1.3.6-8 we didn't have tb and we didn't have also so much damage around so a rr 80 enviroment it's totaly fine without TB.

Tb can sod off it killed an lot of classes and playstlye a viabilites
And it's 45 less points I have to stack on more important stuff like str, ws, tough, parry, wound etc

Agree on not adding TB.
There is totally no need for it when max rr will be 80.
Also the TTK is pretty high already so TB will just ruin it.
Also like Zegota says, SH's/BW's/SW's etc will be totally ****.
So please dont add TB...
