How to fix problem with launcher [No character creation]

I am getting this error message:

And I've tried every single solution I've found on the forums so far (making everything readable, running as admin, lodctr /r, disabling anti viruses) and nothing has worked for me the error message is still the same.

Can you try lodctr /e:PerfProc in cmd?

Have the same problem, I'm not getting the Create Character button when I run the game from the launcher. Tried everything that was posted before but to no avail.

hi!
i hade the same problem with no character creation and used the guide in this post including cmd and "lodctr /r" and got it finally to work!

BUT! dont forget admninstrator and in my case the command was case sensitivite! i had to type: "lodctr /R" to get it to work.

i hope this can help somebody else and thanks for all the help here!
