IB punt needs a buff..

I totally agree, the grudge to get the ability to punt is too much. Against any tank you are punted before the fight even begin and can't do anything about it. You have to slot a tactic to have enough grudge if you want to be a bit effective during the fight and even with Rising anger its too slow. Ofc you can swap oathfriend to build it, but require GCD, lot of efforts for "not so much" as a reward but just beeing able to actually play the class as it should do passively.

Imo Grudge should grow like slayer build rage.

Also the block requirement on SNB to be able to KD is a bad mechanic... CC on demand is what you need to secure kills, and IB can't event Punt or KD on demand sometimes because of those requirements.

It you get pounted on start of fight before gaining grudges, its very possible that opponent is not ready with rotation. IBs use to start fight before everyone by throwing axes and gaining grudges from rising anger(scenario)
Dwarven ripost is more effective in rvr where player will not always will be in "hit" range or safe spot for axe throw but still geting grudges from parry guard- helping geting fast into runic shield.
And also since rvr is snb build block is first test to pass.

I think he is confusing the "cd" Oath friend has when you use it to gcd. That's my guess

Dwarven Riposte against Rdps meta, if you can parry spells, let me know.
Yes it use a CD you can't cast it at the same time as any other ability, just like a stance. (not GCD, wrong explanation from my part)

Yes you can throw axe and build grugde but you need Rising anger, not dwarven riposte. Like I said, efforts to play better for no reward.
