hmm, yikes, it was ogcd for a while

And was one of the strongest buffs (not counting striking thru morales/guard which wasnt intended and didnt work on live like this, so i consider that a bug fix) rampage ever had. That lead to a smooth, none telegraphed, dangerous spikes slayer could create. Very sad to see those gone
Also 25% turned out to be very accurate number to not miss when you dont need to miss.

That would be very great to have that version of rampage back. Being on GCD and exhausting part of rage it yet again becomes very telegraphed and counterable too easy almost just like it was then it was striking thru morales and guard.

What would be your suggestions on GCD removal from healers ? I am healer main, RR 80 Zealot Taznad. My Harbinger off GCD, my Ritual Nexus off GCD. I personally can't ask for more. Shaman and AM have their Magical Infusion and Shrug it Off not on GCD. DoK and WP have their Soul Essence, Drowning in Blood and Word of Wisdom off GCD.

That's only 3 examples from suggested list. And it's a "suggestion list", not "implementations list", so i don't really understand from where this negativity comes.
