Frankly i cant understand why sets' stats balance is kept stalling. As far as we knew stats formulas are set in stone, already tested on weapons and jewelleries. So why not just release them. Many ppl plan their gear progression and that uncertainty is quite annoying.

Or at least provide some data about plan changes to avoid spending crests on gear that will become obsolete

Did you read the patch notes?

Well yes obviously, given my comment about seeing them pop up on News thinking it might be the tri/vic patch, only to read them and realise it was not.

Not entirely sure why you're asking given my comment implies it so strongly. You misread my post maybe?

We need a patch to address class balance, particularly fix over-nerfed Slayer.
I completely agree with you. I think a minimum level of communication on recurring topics could be extremely beneficial for the health of the game.
For example, if the developers are satisfied with the Slayer's current state, wouldn't it be simpler to just say so? The same goes for DPS Rune Priests or regen Witch Elves. At the very least, it would make things clearer, even if nothing is ever set in stone.
I'm genuinely happy to see the work that's being done, especially on the PvE side, but I think it's unfortunate that some of the questions that come up most frequently on the forums still haven't received clear answers. Or maybe I simply missed something.

you haven't missed them, but they are ignored because the answer everyone always give is GIT GUD. WEs are way way way too OP, slayer are dog crap nerfed, but they will never get fixed because it's always player issue according to destro fangirls

Please tell me this isn't the July patch, in other words, is there a patch coming in July that will bring with it the tri/vic price drop given this one does not include the much anticipated change.

Does that help?

Equipping a shield on WP/Dok should include a permanent -%5 move speed to balance the fact that they can block.

Shield healers will kill SCs if buffed more, they already have stupid amount of block and in low pop SCs unkillable.

Just popping in to say no there is plenty more coming but those changes had to be delayed as they were not finished yet and event timer was ticking.
