A nice addition to the game, I think.
Realisticly from what im hearing from tank mains is that they usually before didnt care about Twitlight tide event. On our our internal wish-list for rings this year tanks went from "nah no thanks" to "alright ill participate because theres actually something for me now"
Which was nice to see.

As for if more blockchance changes the TTK on tanks, I think most tanks previous to get 2% block accesories ran the blue Gunbad ring, an Invader ring, or clensed BS ring. All of which gave blockchance. Now the gear progression will just be than the Gunbad itemlevel is like 17 lower and its a bigger gearing upgrade for tanks to run Annuluses or LV versions for higher resist and mainstats. Which seems like a logical and good gearing progression.

Nice addition

How about rings with parry/dodge/disrupt strikes? Would be great.

cool ring but i can't help but feel how much it would be nicer if the stats of the parry and block ring were reversed. since 2h tanks desire wounds/ini much more than toughness in almost all cases while snb tanks like all 3 but toughness would be much better suited on them.

They could make it 4% and it wouldn't be overpowered because it would have almost no other stats. Like you said, armor penetration is just weaponskill using a different name. Which of course brings up the question of why armor penetration % even exists as a stat.

The same could be said of toughness on every single non-snbtank item.
