Divine Assault is still actual lifeleech from the actual damage it deals. It will not be affected by healdebuffs at all because it doesn't have a baseheal that can be debuffed.

Im not able to check it, but I thought thwre is now a heal component affected by healdebuff within abilities like DA. Not that it matters that much really, deadly clutch is still pretty bad choice for solo mara in larger point of view

You are partly right, that there are now certain abilities that received a baseheal component that can in fact be debuffed. However DA did not.
