Currently running 5/4 WL/vic with gen jewels. Half armor half str talis. It's a bit more offensively slanted than the normal def builds because I find they lack damage usually. Comes out to about 2500 armor, 350 tough, 980 str, 53% parry, 9k hp.

Brute Force, Kiss of Doom, Sac Rewarded, mark of hellebron tactics.

Pretty much use the same renowns as the guy above me.

I take heartseeker. It's got good scaling and taking it means you have a disarm/silence and a kd available.

Most of your power comes from activating witchbrew with kiss of doom and mark of hellebron. The build takes you to 60/40 on most things. WL/WH/2h tanks can still be a tossup. The runepriest matchup gets worse.

Interesting setup, presumably you're running low crit right so the dmg diff is between 800 str and 980 str + using Mark of Helle, I think Taste For Blood last time I math'd it out was a bigger dmg increase over higher str and Mark. I also find Mark doesn't increase proc rate as much as you would think from a 50% AA buff.

Used to use a 1 point Ruthless Assault to trigger all Witchbrew procs at once, but the range nerf on it with the mdps patch made it less useful to kite that way, now I just consume Witchbrew from regular attacks, you still consume them all before the 10s CD is up on Witchbrew, just feels less bursty.

What regen does that setup give you?
ToB is good in the build. I'd be hard pressed to drop either SR or MoH for it so I might try dropping bf for it tbh. I definitely notice more procs. I believe it's a .25s internal cd and the mark takes you to .75s AA with the 1.5 weapon. It makes a huge difference for sustain off kiss of doom.

The Regen is low since no fleshrenders it's basically just the WL chest kiss of doom. I think base is only like 200 but the kisses take you the rest of the way.

Some people really love ra. I wasn't a fan of it even before the changes it seemed very suboptimal to me.
1.5s Wpn would need 100% AA haste to be 0.75s so 50% AA haste with 1.5s wpn would be about 1s not 075s. For example 4.2s Wpn with 50% AA haste becomes 3.1s. Man i would love to get 10-50% AA dmg buff for 10seconds SS back<3 In combat i got 1100-1300 AA Mainhand Crits often with light/robe armour targets. I tried with lvl 32 green wpn that had 3.7sec aa speed and got 2k Crit to target dummy : D But it was really bad wpn only good thing was the slow speed because bigger hits slower the wpn.

Also you do 2x autoattacks for 46%-50% of the time and those offhand hits can proc everything as well.
"To clarify, me asking to developers to go test their own changes is not sign of toxicity or anger, but a sign of hope that the people punching in the numbers remain aware of potential consequences and test their own changes"-Teefz

It's 0.25 ICD, but proc % is low and you'll be swinging at 1s. I get around 1 proc per 5s using tactic, around 8s per proc without it. Over a 1 minute fight you're probably adding 850 damage ish. I think people overvalue MoH personally. ToB is significantly more added damage over time. Kiss healing is also reduced by heal debufs.

Still going to give your setup a try as its interesting using such high str for a def build.
