The Problem here is, that you're just not funny:)

While he's acting like a douche, the "pay debts" joke shouldn't be deleted.
It's harmless and it beeing bad is not a reason to delete it.

Keep in mind that RoR admins (and many players) are not here because of their strong communication and interpersonal skills. Is that what you really want in an admin? They have brought back the game we all love. Cut some slack when you don't like the way someone is communicating...

The difference between this private server and your comment is that one is a project which brings enjoyment to many people, whereas your comment is useless, mean-spirited and infantile. I probably wouldn't have bothered to dignify it with a response, I'd just have deleted it, because we don't need childish commentary in welcome threads.

this server was so great 7 or 8 months ago, I guess when there was that drama and some of the devs left it was the cool ones

Despite obviously being just horribly bad, youre still trying - i give you that

This game needs all the support it can get. Alienating new players from the start wont help. The mod was in the right.
