Chosen has lost his best ability (CS) and damage.
Ravange is only a shadow of what he used to be.
ToP dot, which has a 20-second CD and lasts 10 seconds, is not overpowered in any way.

If you want to reduce the damage of melee magic abilities, I recommend taking a look at SM abilities.
Iam probably the oldest player on the server.
I habe now problem with high dmg.

My problem is the 500dmg/sec dot with zero offensive stat, my problem is the 300+ dmg magic base smg with zero offensive stat.
Zero risk high reward.
Full regen armor block parry chosen with 0 offensive stat should not hit this high.
Be scale with str and reduce the base dmg drasticly. And we will be ok.

You seem to have not read what I, and a couple others already posted, the Dot , you hate so much, will do no ramage if you stop moving, just like the Shammy Gork Sez stop, however that can restart the timer if you continue to move.

Iron Breaker has the same ability Punishing Blow same duration, same CD, and same effect, as touch of Palsy, that also does damage every half sec if the target moves. and I feel the Iron Breaker is far more tanky than the Chosen. seems like you crusade to nerf touch of Palsy is not needed, as Ironbreak also has the exact same ability

336 base dmg / sec
If he has a sword
508 dmg / sec
Without any offensive stat or crit chance

And also like i said its a base dmg from a chosen who didnt spend any point on offensive stats. It is absurd.

Not sure where you even pulled these numbers from, but they are completely wrong.

The dot effect of the ability will deal:
112 base damage at max Mastery points in the tree, plus 0.01×DB (effectively 0) and has NO scaling with weaponDps.

Also it CANNOT crit.

As such, for the average Chosen who has 9 points specced in the right tree, it will deal 112 × 39/45 = 97 damage before Spirit Resistance calculations.

So in the WORST case scenario (if you have 0 Spirit Resists which should never be the case if facing a solo Chosen), Touch of Palsy's dot will be dealing 194 damage per second to you.

Nowhere near the 508 dps figure you arrived at
