50% *AoE* OHD is a bit much imho, esp on stealth classes who can get in ez.

Granted there's a bit of setup, and like some other things it punishes the Healer Huddle(tm), but it's still very strong and easy to use OOP utility.

Dunno if possible, but having it at 50% for ST procs and 30% for AoE would bring it in line with other skills.

Slayer can wield it also! Choppa has access to this wpn as well, and they Ninja added Subjugator 2h wpn for black orc to have this proc in 2024! I cried in the forums that Choppa is the only class that has access to 25% HD Proc for years, well now blorc has it as well=) I like to pretend it mattered : D Wl/Ib/Sl/Wp has access to 25% HD proc wpn vs Choppa+Blorc subjugator 2h.

This proc should exist in 1h wpns as well, like many more! 7-10% Avoidance Proc should exist in 1h, all the procs that exist shouldnt be gatekept in anyway. More procs for more classess is more options and that is always better.

WH already has to make a trade off, the outgoing healing debuff only procs on finishers and lasts 5 seconds so you have to spam finisher and do suboptimal damage to keep it up. Incoming heal debuff is in middle tree, which is by far the worst of the WH trees, so by speccing it you gimp yourself and rely more on your team.
