I am shelving my Choppa. It would have been nice to get some dialog with the balance team around our feedback from countless threads now on these changes.

Even with power througth tactic, now you get no benefit for stay in yellow but you have to eat the 25% debuff anywais.

More of solo perspective may applie untill 6man- Not only was it very very hard to catch good kiters (alot easier for choppa but same applies) and hope you dont die untill you catch them and you are in red to KD them.
Now you have to take extra damage while chasing them in yellow and pray to sigmar to not die and survive untill you can catch them and hopefully KD them.

It's such a shame that they have nerfed this class even further. People have been asking for a long time for the devs to fix SL so that Order would have more mele options for WB play, instead they have made it substantially worse.

I'm general I have been very positive about most of the changes that have been made to the game over the last 3 years or so, but this is really not great and will just continue the current meta.

This is like the 5th forum post on this topic and there has STILL been 0 input from the devs, which is super disappointing.

I was really looking forward to seeing what they would do in this patch with SL.

As for SL, I would only fight for ID not to have reduced damage on the main target.

So my Choppa has 1055 strength, 700 wps, 1042 life, -3 crit chance of being hit, and 6% weapon crit.

Let me put it this way: that's my already relatively defensive choppa spec, and the dps with red goes faster + Bigbad compo + new Bleed em out is significantly higher (800-900 dps average on Hard Target Dummy).
The 25% more damage might be manageable.

But the Slayer is really hard. With the old Id attackhaste build, I almost reach the values with rr 54, but with significantly less survivability.
The Slayer just lacks the defensive option to compensate for the nerf.
The rest don't even come close to the pressure damage.
Maybe that will change with better equipment (there are good attack speed options), but get there first if you're leveling up.

The armor tactic should not be affected by the mechanics and offer 900 armor instead of 600.
Or give the Slayer a parry buff while in Berserk mode + 20% parry.
I would possibly transform id into a rune that is placed stationary on the ground and always explodes.

Slayer was never that good (For example that's why SL population was never as high as WL population - players naturally gravitate towards stronger classes) but now it's really bad.

Slayer and choppa should ONLY get rage if they attack not when they get attacked. Thats the only way this update would make sense.

Your AA and Skills should increase RAGE ! Not getting attacked
