Yes, the WH patch notes are good precisely because they put emphasize on the aspect which a dps class is supposed to be good at, ''dps''.
The WE's notes however is a missed opportunity to correct something which has been imbalanced for a long time.

BaL was already powerful before patch. 25% crit on top of that feels too strong.

The only thing i don t get , is the 30 feet dash on WE vs the 5 one WH when DG and OyK build are on the same range and you can get the charge move now
, other things asual are debatable .

Instead add 15% damage on opener and 25% extra finisher damage at 5 combo points

Guys ? How did you test this and decide that 25% BAL / ABSO is a safe number?
This is a class that can naturally reach 35% crit from gear and RR, plus Fanatic Zeal.
That’s about 60% / 70% crit on BAL coming straight out of stealth.
I do agree + 25% on absolution only.

I would've liked the crit to be on EW instead of BAL but I suppose mastery tree wise it doesnt make sense..
