Haven't read it, but i feel a bit concerned about staff/dev things. Lets take a look about what hurts.

Do not expect maturity and responsibility from everyone that is a dev. They were hastily recruited because there was a big lack in programmers and testers.

Right. None has to expect anything. Just enjoy the game. None in the staff is looking for gratitude or celebrity. Dev were recruited because they were able to make things possible. There is not a group of happy friends, not a business. Devs are skilled peoples, trustable in my point of view

I have proof of that when Elven was trolling heavily a guy in-game, calling him very bad names etc and noone did anything no matter the pesron posted ss about that shitty attitude.

Elven has left the project and it is a bit late to inform any abuse from former staff member. You should have make this on time. No?

It is obvious that rules and guidelines are only used when it is in favor of the devs/elitists. If one of his friends had lost anything, he would have it back in no time this is more than sure.

Oh. I'm in the staff. And i've lost some items on my witchelf. I haven't enough money to buy my mount too. Who in the staff shall i see exactly to have it back or any advantage due to my "rank"?

About the fact they do not accept donations. 1 year ago JeFawk gave full Gale-Runner set to a guy that donated 20euros. It was even posted here by HIM.

The fact is that JeFawk has never been integrated in the Staff team. The truth is that he has refused to join a ( his words) : "Corporation system". Thats the reason why We have developped our own launcher btw. I'm quite surprised about the fact that JeFawk had gm rights and Base access....

Well. RoR is a PRIVATE server. If you don't feel good with this "rotten" community or his managers, feel free to leave.

I agree with you, accusing others without proof is silly. I don't always agree with you, but at the end of the day you're spending your own time (which as we all know time is something we can't get back) in order to restore this game much appreciated.
