Aren't there some auction NPCs that are unused atm? Pay one to get five should be implementable but five for one could be problematic... I think.

The current SC weapon prices are still based on the old system that awarded 1-6 emblems to your group, based on how many points you scored in the scenario... In its current state it takes too long for regular level scaling (especially T2 SC weapons now) to allow people to get these weapons within the time they need it. There's only two solutions to this problem; lower the T2 SC weapons to 40-50 emblems, or introduce more emblems gained for getting more point in a scenario.

The T3 weapons' price is fine at the moment; although I'd wish to see the emblem reward scaling to work, I think winning 105 Scenarios per weapon won't be a big deal as long as there aren't any new weapons introduced soon. You can get a 1hander in a week with casual SC playing.
