At best and right now its going to be very very very hard to get 1 +19 tali let alone enough to fit all tali slots, now as its harder for destro you can assume its going to be the same case for us destro to get a +18 or +17. Realistically you can expect ppl to be slottin +15/16 talis at best, most of us will only be slotting +12/13 blues, this aint a big deal and certainly (at the moment) is not a game breaker.
I know we dont treat it like an alpha but this is an alpha, **** will be imbalanced, problematic and buggy, deal with it.

Is this a thing right now? Are people really farming level 9 mobs to get weak talismans? I always assumed that scavenging capped at a certain level right now was only temporary.

Oh well.

At least you actually did as I said, which I can give you credit for... Don't understand the hostility at all, though. And yes, at the moment it's not much of an issue, but the lack of a level 25+ NPC for Destruction is sill unfair and it will cause further balancing issues with future patches if not addressed early on, hence I made this thread. Not trying to impress anyone, just seeing if people agree/disagree with me on the matter.

level 25 blue/purple fragments can be used to make 12+/16+ stat talismans without crits, but you're better off farming them from Champion mobs anyway. I wouldn't advise razing Salzenmund a hundred times to get your good frags.

And yes, the capped scavenging was only temporary until they found a formula to determine scavenging leveling. It's now capped at 150 for Destruction when scavenging level 20-24 mobs.
